Message: I was very blessed, when attending BTI in 1987 & 1988, to participate in SEL visitation for the Peerless Road Church and with Bro. Howard's guidance. I can not place a value, it's immeasurable, on the spiritual leadership, guidance, support, direction and influence Bro. Howard shared with me. My life and outlook on reaching the lost was changed. His zealous desire to reach the lost of Cleveland and share Christ with all he met touched my life so deeply.

While I'm saddened by his loss, it's wonderful he's with our Lord whom he served with true devotion.

Message: Very few people on this earth will ever have the personal and spiritual impact that Frank Howard had while he was among us. I first met Brother Howard when I was a freshman in college. Every Sunday morning, Sunday evening, and Wednesday evening, I knew this precious man would be serving the people of the Peerless Rd Church. For the next 6+ years, it was my absolute delight to be enriched by the love, grace, and warmth of this gentle giant. I remember him praying like a prophet, living like a servant, and loving like a child. Every time I shook his hand, I knew that I was encountering true "greatness"--and the same was true when I saw him last November. Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of His saints--that's what the Scriptures tell us. While his homegoing is precious to God, in time it will become very precious to those of us who are still on this side of glory. Everything that he has lived for, expected, and patiently anticipated is now his. Heaven is richer because Frank Howard is now a resident there.
