Message: I remember Bro. Frank Howard from the time I was a little girl in Wyoming. I don't remember this story but heard it many times. One time He and Sis. Elva stayed with my mom and dad, Oliver and Betty Moor. Bro. Frank and Sis. Elva were in a room upstairs and Frank was already in bed. When Sis. Elva got into bed, the bed fell down. Guess they had a good laugh about that. When I would see him I would think of this Wyoming cowboy phrase, "He's a tall drink of water." He blessed me with his kindness, mild manners, and strong support for his family. Many of us have the 'finger print' of his life on our lives.
