Message: My heart is sad for one of the kindest men I have ever known has left us. On the other hand I am rejoicing because he has lived his whole life to capitalize on this reward. He left a great legacy to his family and to those of us who looked to him as a great warrior for His Lord. His prayer life and his commitment to his local church ministries is one that any of us could follow. I especially remember his involvement with the local church outreach and visitation programs. My prayers are with you Sister Howard, Randy, Kathy and all the family. All of you are a blessing to me and Herman.

Message: In Memory of Brother Frank, I want to say that for many years, he was a dear friend and my precious neighbor for 12 years. I have always loved and respected Brother and Sister Howard for their ministry. But when we became neighbors, I came to love and appreciate them even more. Brother Frank was a wonderful man in many ways—he was a much-to-be-admired husband, father, grandfather, deacon, friend, neighbor, etc. But the thing I will remember about him the most is his prayers. On several occasions when I was in great need of prayer, he was always available at any time of day or night. All I had to do was go across the street and knock on the door, and he, along with Sister Elva, would invite me in and we would start praying. What a blessing! Brother Frank will be missed by me and all who knew and loved him.

God bless you at this time that you are losing someone you dearly love from your family.
We are sorry we cannot be with you for the funeral, but we are obligated to be in the Ill/Wisc conference this weekend.
We are planning to make a trip on Monday, April 7 and 8 and hope to visit with all of you if you are still in Cleveland that week.
