Message: I did not have the chance to meet Brother Howard, but I was able to attend the funeral. After hearing what everyone had to say, I sincerely wished I could have known him. I have seen the kind of children he raised, and that speaks as loudly as anything as a testimony of his character. We grieve with your family. We are praying for you.

Message: Sister Elva, Randy, and Cathy: I know that your loss is heaven's gain, but Brother Frank will be missed by so many people whose lives that he touched. I was honored to be a part of the 1981 Youth Mission Team trip to Korea and was able to travel with the team going to Japan as well. Having the opportunity to meet and be around Brother Frank was an unexpected treat. My own father was not a Christian, so I looked for men, who were roll models to look up and your husband and Dad was one of those men I admired and wish that I could have had more opportunities to learn from. I appreciated being able to visit with him at the General Assemblies afterwards and look forward to an eternal meeting with such a special saint of God!
