One day in passing he asked how I was doing and I told him that I needed him to pray for me. It was several years later before I talked with or seen Brother Howard. However, the next time we met one another he again asked me how I was doing. I replied doing well and he said Brother Andy I have been praying daily for you since you asked me to pray. This moved me! I am confident that Brother Howard placed me on his prayer list and made many prayers on my behalf and I just want to say, Thank You Lord for this man of God.

He will be greatly missed by friends and the Peerless Road Church members and friends. The times we have lived in Cleveland, you could go to church and know that Brother Frank would be there.
We are praying for you, Sister Elva, and the family. God is good and He is faithful!

We were saddened by the news of the death of Brother Howard. He was such a gentle spirit, and will truly be missed. I remember his smiles and soft laughter, and I know he was a praying man. "The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much." And that is quite evident in his love and prayers for his family and church.
My heart goes out to you at this time of loss, and my prayers are with your family that God will comfort you. Frank Howard's legacy will carry on in his children, grandchildren, and generations to come (if the Lord tarries).
Brother Howard's reward is waiting for him in Heaven, and his presence on this earth will not be forgotten.
May God Bless you all.
Love, Marilyn Landreth & Family Church of God of Prophecy Minneapolis, Minnesota
Name: Londa Richardson E-mail: Private Date posted: April 04, 2008 - 06:02 pm Message: All my life I have watched Frank Howard and admired his kind, gentle spirit. I watched him as a role model for the companions of female ministers. It takes a giant of a man to fulfill his calling and allow his wife to fulfill hers also. He never appeared resentful or competitive. His walk was with dignity and grace. Many years ago, I heard Sister Howard comment, "I never left my home dirty to go minister; and I never came home to a dirty house." I have never forgotten that, and am pleased to say I experience the same. May God bless each one. You are in my thoughts and prayers. (Londa Richardson)
